Komma Internal Tools is a private application used only by Komma Brand Solution, a brand marketing agency in Vancouver, BC. It connects our own Google accounts to the scripts we use to run the business. It is not offered to the public.
Who can use it
Only Google accounts owned and operated by Komma Brand Solution and its founder. No client or third party signs in to this application.
What data it accesses
With our own permission, the application reads and organizes data in our Google Workspace and Gmail accounts, such as:
- Receipts and invoices in Gmail, filed into our Google Drive for bookkeeping
- Files in our Google Drive and Google Sheets, such as time reports and invoice folders
- Our Google Calendar, to prepare a daily schedule summary
How the data is used
Data is used only to run Komma's own operations: bookkeeping, invoicing, scheduling and internal reminders. It stays in our Google accounts and on our own computer.
We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Sign in tokens are stored encrypted on a single company computer protected by the operating system's keychain. Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account security settings.
